We will help you gain a clearer picture of what you want, along with your expectations, needs, and time frame. We will answer any questions or concerns you may have – we want you to be completely comfortable and better yet, excited, about this great investment to your home!

Designing Your Dream

After speaking with you, we will get to work drawing & designing the plan. You will have maximum input so we are sure to give you exactly what you want. You will be presented with an exact layout prior to any work beginning, plus any additional suggestions or options our creativity & years of experience may warrant. You will help us in selecting all needed materials and color schemes to fit your taste. Budget pieces and timeframes will start to solidify.

Final Design & Construction Contract

You will be presented with a final detailed design of the project, complete with 3D images, measurements, elevations, notes, and all mechanical & structural logistics. Once you are comfortable and 100% happy with the design, we will begin the work to bring it to life.

Build & Enjoy!

Construction will begin and finish based on the time frame we initially allotted. Our team will keep interruptions to a minimum and keep you updated every step of the way. If forces beyond our control creep in, such as weather or other scheduling adjustments, we will work around them to ensure a smooth & seamless experience for you. Once the work is complete, we look forward to you enjoying your new & improved space! As always, we will be available post-construction to answer any & all questions you may have.
